Amy is a pioneer in introducing healing into the field of organizational development.

Joe has spent his entire adult life working with people. His specialty is in helping individuals, teams and organizations successfully align behaviors in order to achieve their stated objectives. In 2009, Joe created Clear Possibilities, a business coaching and organizational development firm, where he still serves as President.

A licensed psychologist, Kelly is the Executive Director of Contemplative Sciences at the University of Virginia and the co-author of Authentic Excellence and the Life Values Inventory. He has published and presented in the areas of values, flourishing, resilience, life role development and transition, and organizational development, and has conducted more than 3,000 seminars for organizations.

Zander is a co-author of The Practice of Adaptive Leadership with over 25 years of experience advising leaders at the highest levels. Known for blending truth, grace, and creativity, he is a master facilitator who helps individuals and organizations navigate complex transformation. Zander is the founder and CEO of Adaptive Leadership+.

Wendee is the founder of Brickworks Advisors, where she coaches leaders with a focus on family dynamics and intergenerational leadership transitions. With 25+ years of experience as an advisor, investor, and leadership development coach, Wendee brings a diverse range of strategic insight to her work with individuals, families, and organizations.

Sam is a versatile strategist specializing in brand, product, and operations for founder-led companies. For the past 12 years, Sam has helped small teams, early-stage startups, and sole proprietors simplify systems and build scalable business playbooks. Sam has driven strategy at firms such as Adaptive Leadership+, Emerge Collaborations, AMASS Brands, and Goeschl Law.
